Cup of Love

My momma sent me a "cup of love"---it has made my weekend even brighter.

Even though I am still sick and unable to do a lot of things---namely train for my triathlon and drink any form of alcohol, I wheeze up after just a glass of wine, let alone enough to get a buzz!)---I was productive this weekend. I wrote a silly little sidebar for the Home and Design issue as well as finishing up some things in the livingroom. I hung up a Chinese lantern, another painting and Beth's beautiful Chinese umbrella. I also vaccumed the entire house and did some general cleaning.
Today Beffers and I picked up some choice "Saints" candles in the international aisle at our favorite West Phila supermarket "Supreme Market," we also are planning to get some plants to add to the oxygen levels of our livingspace :)



We also got some floor pillows. They look wonderful and the timing is perfect because we are hosting our first get-together this weekend for Chinese New Year!
