We'd be living in a 1 bedroom with a large livingroom and sizeable kitchen with a cut-out window that looks into the livingroom. Everything is brand new because the apartments are all in the process of being rehabbed. They are going to rush one place for us so we can move in on the 27th. Awesome. The fella who showed me the place was so cute and we got along famously, he made sure to drop in the fact that he had a girlfriend as discretely as possible. Whatever, he'd be living in the same building (he showed me his apt so I could see how ours would look when it was finished) and I hope we are friends. He seemed quite the good chap.
After working out at 12th Street Gym I decided to walk over to the theatre and see if I could get in to see The Mystery of Irma Vep. I did and it was quite funny...and freezing effin cold in there too! I actually was wearing my mittons (and wool sweater and down vest and scarf) and still froze my tail off.
My story about CSX runs Thursday. I'm working on the final edits and have to get it into BH by Monday morning. I'm so happy to be writing for his section. I get to see him and the rest of the City Paper crew on Thursday at our holiday party. I also get to see what the Tin Angel looks like, I've heard it is a nice little space.
Well, bedtime. I'm exhausted (as per the usual).
"We were not put on this earth to be dragged all the time" said the man in the Woody Allen movie...well I feel rather dragged right now so someone please pick me up so I stop making tracks in the gravel.
