I just found out this morning that Jorge E. Maldonado (far right in photo) died of an aneurysm last night.
I didn't know him that well, other than his bright and welcoming smile every single day as he came and left the theatre during "Man of La Mancha." He always told me how lovely I looked and offered a big smile. I jokingly called him my gay crush as he was oh so beautiful to look at and I couldn't help being attracted to him in spite of him not being interested in the ladies :)
My heart goes out to his boyfriend Steve, who is also a lovely lovely person. Life is precious, life is unable to be explained, and you never know what today brings so love and live fully always.

Thanks for posting this great photo. I was Jorge's middle and high school choir director. He was an incredible talent and will be missed.
